What is the lead time for submitting a request?
Some properties are only able to take enquiries a limited time before arrival. This will be displayed as :This property accepts requests XX days before arrival." Please select an alternative property or wait until the dates are inside the lead time.Find out more

What is the maximum number of guests?
Maximum number of guests is shown on the property advert and is the maximum number of persons (including adults and children) that can be accommodated. The number of sleeping spaces is the maximum number of people permitted to stay overnight at the property, extra charges or termination of booking may occur if this is exceeded.Find out more

When will I receive my quote?
Property managers will respond with pricing and availability, usually within 24 hours. Rentahome automatically sends reminders to the property managers to complete your quote enquiry. Please note price and availability are not available over the phone.

Are all properties furnished?
All properties listed by Rentahome are furnished. Furnishings may vary between properties, please read the property advert carefully to ensure the property has the inclusions you require. Linen, sheets and towels are not counted as furnishings and may not be provided.
