It has a security entrance and secure underground garage with 2 parking spaces. You won't be hot in summer as the apartment has air conditioning, pedestal fans and security screen doors to let the breeze in. The heating and flannellette sheets will keep you warm in winter.The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, ensuite and BIRs. The Second bedroom offer 2-single beds and BIR. The open plan diningliving has 2 beautiful leather couches, one with a comfortable sofa bed, and a dining table seating six. There is also a rollaway bed. Internet connection available (laptop required). Now with FOXTEL sports package and plasma TV.
