It has a security entrance and secure underground garage with 2 parking spaces. You won't be hot in summer as the apartment has air conditioning, pedestal fans and security screen doors to let the breeze in. The heating and flannellette sheets will keep you warm in winter.The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, ensuite and BIRs. The Second bedroom offer 2-single beds and BIR. The open plan diningliving has 2 beautiful leather couches, one with a comfortable sofa bed, and a dining table seating six. Cable broadband connection is available (laptop and ISP account required). 12 in house dvd movies provided.
The apartment also features a fully-equipped laundry with washing powder provided, as well as soap and toilet paper for your entire stay.
Located on the ground floor with a small courtyard, perfect for familes with small children. Small groups can entertain with a BBQ and outdoor setting provided.

It is located in Braddon and is a 10-minute walk to the city centre and only a short stroll to the Braddon shopping precinct and restaurantsbars. Braddon is 1 km from CBD, and a short drive to all Canberra's attractions, including the Australian War Memorial, Parliament House, Telstra Tower and Lake Burley Griffin.

  On opening the door there were no surprises as the photos on the web site illustrated the properly beautifully. The two bathrooms were very convenient, and the air conditioning was an essential, but our favourite thing was the spacious outdoor BBQ area where we enjoyed a relaxed end to each of our days.
