Quiet, secluded location but 8 mins from shops. Great for walking dogs.

Review score Mike -

The accommodation met our needs for a very quick visit to Canberra - quiet, pet friendly and close to all services.

Review score John -

The cottage was warm and comfortable during a cold three days in Canberra. We liked the quiet location. We took my 5 month old grandson on his first road trip and it worked well for us.

You are welcome to walk and explore wherever you like although only with me in the sheds please as there are various dangers to be avoided. It is possible to walk about 3 kms from north to south on the farm and there is a nice big dam with tables and chairs for a pleasant rest halfway. Kangaroos and a variety of birds are commonplace. There are 3 or 4 small nature reserves (c.10acres each) with interesting and unusual plants and animals. It is almost guaranteed you will have a quiet uninterrupted walk, there are few neighbours and you will most likely have the whole route to yourself

Gay & Lesbian friendly

The sexuality of a guest is of no interest to me. I welcome all guests who would enjoy a quiet country place to stay. I cannot understand why a person's sexuality is even a listed question in an accomodation booking system.
