Rental Guarantee Shipley is situated only a few minutes from Blackheath town on the Megalong Valley side. 10 minutes walk to the town or train station. The property consists of beatiful large front and rear gardens and is close the the fabulous Porters Pass bush walk.

Shipley House has a delightful country feel with a well appointed country kitchen, polished floors opening out on to the dining area with central combustion fireplace for those chilly winter nights. Additionally there is reverse cycle AC and although only a single large bathroom with clawfoot bath, there is a seperate toilet in the laundry. Large family lounge area and front verandah overlooking the garden. There is plenty of off street parking in the pebbled driveway up to the house.

The property is very close to Blackheath town centre where there is a access to a range of shops, restaurants and hotels. Blackheath is only about 15 minutes drive from Katoomba.

Shipley House is suitable for up to three couples, or two families sleeping up to eight people. Small house trained pets are welcome.

At Shipley House, Winter is a wonderful time to be in the mountains and don't forget Blackheath's Rhododendron Festival in November each year.
