Rental Guarantee Amberley is a beautiful mountains cottage situated in a quite street in one of the most picturesque areas of Blackheath. The cottage is a newly constructed home and is well appointed with modernstylish furnishings throughout.
It is a perfect romantic getaway for couples who enjoy luxury and privacy only one and a half hours drive from Sydney. The home is ideally located within a few hundred metres of some of the best walking tracks in the Blue Mountains and only a short walk to the township of Blackheath.
Amberley Cottage can accommodate one or two couples or one couple and an extra person for that luxurious stay. There are polished timber floors with large soft rugs to take away that winter chill.
The cottage has two generous sized bedrooms containing one queen and one double size bed. Both bedrooms have soft comfortable beds with dual control electric blankets and fluffy cosy doonas to keep you warm on those cold winter nights. Quality bed linen of a high standard is also supplied. Rooms are tastefully furnished with double wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps.

The lounge room has a beautifully vaulted ceiling which in the day time is illuminated by filted sunlight and at night by exquisite down lights. There are lovely comfortable quality leather lounges with warm throw rugs and soft pillows to sit and relax by the large wood burning fire (wood supplied). The cottage dining room seats four people comfortably and looks out onto a beautiful private and secluded garden.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and has everything you could need for a stay away including a dishwasher and quality stainless steel European appliances. Amberley has a new elegantly appointed modern style bathroom with quality fixtures and includes a two person spa bath and underfloor heating. Our laundry is internal with a front loading washing machine and a dryer.

The home has of street parking and has a large rear deck with a gas barbeque which overlooks the lovely private back garden. The deck has a outdoor dinning setting for four which is a perfect way to enjoy outdoor dinning and the garden. The front verandah offers a table setting for two and with the peaceful outlook and glimpses of the Kanimbla Valley it makes for an ideal way to enjoy afternoon wine and refreshments while watching the sun go down.

Blackheath is a small town located near the top of the Blue Mountains in New South Wales, Australia, approximately 1 hours drive from Sydney, it is the highest point in the mountains.

Blackheath village is beautiful, with a busy shopping centre providing cafes, well stocked delis, award winning restaurants, antique and collectable shops, preloved goods and bookshops. Blackheath boasts renowned bakeries and even a bespoke chocolatier.

The old Victory Theatre is home to the antique markets, a must for browsers. The town is the host of the popular Rhododendron garden festival which is held each November. The growers markets are held each month, selling local produce and wares on the weekends in the community hall, as well as other art, craft and flower shows held regularly.

Blackheath has an excellent golf course, surrounding Centennial Glen and the Megalong Valley offer choices of horse riding, hang-gliding, rock climbing and abseiling.

Some of the best bushwalks are located in and around Blackheath with some of the most spectacular lookouts such as Govetts Leap and Evans Lookout to name just a few.

Jenolan Caves is 45 minutes away and the wine regions of Orange, Mudgee and Cowra begin about 90 minutes away. Closer is the pretty township and gardens of Leura and the Three Sisters at Katoomba.
