Rental Guarantee Annies Cottage is located in the heart of all attractions and within 15 minutes walk of the Katoomba township, cafes, shops, galleries, Three Sisters andthe magnificent world heritage national park.

The cottage is a wonderful early 1900's cottage beautifully renovated with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ample lounge areas and private garden and own private carpark. The bedrooms consist of 2 with queen beds, and one with a double bed and singlr bunk.

  The spa bath was such a treat! Especially after long chilly walks in the Mountains. Great location and very helpful owner.

  This Katoomba accommodation is a 10 minute walk to Katoomba station (uphill), Very clean, nice furniture in bedrooms, big beds with comfy mattresses, big kitchen with all utensils, fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc. loads of facilities provided, such as a washing machine. i love the spa, LCD TV, DVD player, DVDs, & BBQ! The back yard garden is well looked after. The property manager was friendly and flexible with payment time. i will happily recommend this house to others.
