There is a playground and sand pit for the kids and a huge resort style swimming pool with gazebo. There are four bedrooms with the option of turning the playroom into a fifth bedroom.
Watch the kookaburras from the bath in the ensuite or get up early and watch the wallabies graze on the manicured flat lawns, this is truly a special place.
The front verandah has a stone fire place with L shaped lounges surrounding it with a 8 seater dining table overlooking the pool and lawns. Byron Bay is only a 15 minute drive away and gold Coast airport is 25 minutes north. Feel free to bring your dogs but the property is only fenced along the front, there are 2 off leash dog friendly areas at either end of beach. We have the best pizza shop 300m away with the supermarket less than 5 min drive. The Yum Yum tree cafe is just around the corner and has exceptional food and coffee it is BYO and the river is just across the road, there is a general store next door that sells alcohol and all your general needs and every Tuesday is the Farmers markets this is all a 10 minute push bike ride along a flat path from the house or a 2 minute drive.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, DVD plasma, air conditioning, ensuite, claw foot bath, walk in wardrobe, verandah and office desk. the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and single the 4th bedroom has a double bed.

all animals welcome you could evan bring your horse. There is a big roundabout on the estate great for the kids to ride there bikes around also the suburb is very flat with bike paths joining right to the front of Redgate estate.
