Rental Guarantee Nestled in Korora Bay on the edge of the Marine National Park and with the Solitary Islands as the backdrop is this beautiful spot called Korora. You can swim, snorkel, fish and surf when the swell is up. There are nice flat walks along the beach reserve or you can go over to the next bay with beautiful headland walks. You can also go over the rocks to the next beach where there is a playground there or over to Opal Cove Resort for a bite to eat. All this is close by, approx 15 mins walk away.

This is a very modern townhouse on 4 levels with views of the ocean and Solitary Islands from your balcony and some views from the main bedroom also. Starting on the street level is a fenced courtyard with outdoor dining. The lounge, dining & kitchen opens out onto this area and there is also a laundry on this level. Up 6 stairs is a powder room and double lock up garage. Up 6 more stairs is the main brm with a queen bed & ensuite plus the 2nd bedroom with a double bed with single bunk above and a trundle bed. Both lead out to a balcony with ocean & island views. Up 6 more stairs is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a seperate toilet plus another large living area with a courtyard opening out from the lounge and bedroom with a private bbq, outdoor dining and a jacuzzi.

Situated 5 minutes from Coffs Harbour town centre and 3 mins drive to the largest shopping complex in Coffs Harbour Park Beach Plaza. The Big Banana is only 2 mins drive and the Pet Porpoise Pool is 5 mins drive. The Marina is also only 6 mins drive where you can swim at the Jetty Beach, go to the Co Op for lovely fresh fish, or walk out along the break wall to Mutton Bird Island. Everything is close by but you feel like you are away from everything here in Korora Bay. There are beautiful heritage listed rainforests and waterfalls all within an hours drive.

These townhouses suit the executive business person, families, group gatherings, sporting groups, semi permanent people working in Coffs Harbour or people in between setting up a new home or building a home. We cater for everyone. We also take pets as we have the fenced courtyards and garages and a pet friendly beach.

After 7 days stay you will get a linen change and service. This suits people who are in for a few weeks or months at a time.
