Finished with Italian travertine & limestone tiles, jarrah & rosewood timber & furnished with only the very best. Plasma televisions in both living areas & main bedroom, with Bose/Yamaha surround sound.
Consisting of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms & around 45sq of living, this home will comfortably accommodate 8 people (additional persons possible on request).The 2 living areas feature bi-fold doors which completely open to the ocean giving the feeling of indoor/outdoor open living. The rumpus also features a kitchenette with a bar table & stools with a large glass front bar fridge.Garage, entry foyer, bathroom & laundry are also located on the lower level.
