Rental Guarantee Lakeside is the ideal family holiday house. Located on the east side of the Smiths Lake village perfectly positioned opposite the lake, overlooking the lake and Pacifc Ocean beyond.

Beautifully fitted out the property features polished cypress flooring in the kitchen , dining and living entertainment areas and is fully carpeted in the bedrooms. The enormous gourmet kitchen flows into the dining room which in turn flow onto a huge deck with barbecue and outdoor setting. The deck faces east with views of the lake trough the trees adjoining the property. Lake access to a sandy beach is just 40 metres from the front door.

Smiths Lake has everything you need for a relaxed family holiday -Lake & Beaches - swimming , surfiing, fishing, sailing , snorkeling, bushwalking, 4WDing,

This is our holiday home - we love it - you will too - Nothing has been spared - big screen LCD TV's upstairs and downstairs, Digital TV, Surround sound, DVD recorder - you name it and we provide it including Kayaks for you to use on the Lake !
