Rental Guarantee This waterfront air-conditioned home offers extensive views over lake and mountains. Pets welcome. Linen can be supplied for $12pp.
Fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which comfortably sleeps 8. The main bedroom has a queen and trundle bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The lounge room consists of a comfortable two seater sofa and a three seater sofa which opens into a double bed. The third bedroom is down stairs and has 3 single beds. It is a second living area having a table, lounge and DVD.
The home has polished floorboards throughout. It has a single bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity and there is another shower in the laundry as well as an out door shower. There is also a second toilet outside.
The house is elevated with undercover parking for three cars. The expansive yard is level and fully enclosed.
The yard is level and grassy and leads to the waters edge. A prawners and fishermans delight. The home is in walking distance to shops, Country Club, golf courses, tennis courts and restaurants. There is a large park nearby with children's playground, BBQs and picnic tables.
You are only 7 minutes drive from Jervis Bay, Huskission, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and Jervis Bay Marine Park.
The home is fully self contained for a relaxing holiday. There is are 2 TVs and DVD players, CD, reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, gas BBQ and a phone. Everything is supplied you only need to bring your own towels, sheets and a holiday spirit.
Linen can be supplied or BYO.

Sandy beach and the pristine water of St. Georges Basin, superb for swimming, fishing, prawning, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing and water skiing. Level large garden and flat,easy walk to the waters edge.

Easy walk to the shops, restaurants and Country Club - tennis, golf, bowls, Keno.
Short drive to the whitest sand in the world( so they claim!) to Hyams Beach on Jervis Bay Marine Park - watch dolphins and whales frollicking!!

Ideal for that romantic getaway or great for a family stay - plenty to keep the children and favourite pooch amused.
