It can be rented for short or long term bookings executive or holiday bookings according to availability.

The detail and quality in every area of this outstanding apartment has no faults. It can easily accommodate a family with one or two children and has ample storage for clothes and luggage.
The lounge has 2 matching sofas, but one of these, with a small adaption be used as an extra bed and very comfortable too.
There is a flat screen TV, a DVD player and allround theatre sound to enhance your media enjoyment. Foxtel is installed with sport and several extra showtime channels without charge. …

Every item has a useful purpose as well as being delightful to look at. Crockery, pans, cookware are all provided

The main bedroom with a comfortable queen bed has large built-in wardrobe with storage above the hanging rails. There are bedside lights to read by and in the morning on awakening you look through the window and see the green leaves and branches of trees close by the wineow moving in the ever present Bondi Breezes.

The bathroom is new, supa dupa modern with a shower cubicle and very stylish floor tiles.

The second bedroom has a day bed which can be used as 2 singles or as a double bed.

All linen and towels are supplied for the duration of your stay and there is a washer drier machine in the apartment and a laundry in the building.

The apartment is so pleasing to the eye, attractive pictures and plenty of storage. Great cross ventilation from the ever present water breezes and fans.


The apartment is well positioned to access many other attractions in Bondi Beach, excellent cafes and restaurants. The skate board and cycle rink on the beach front attract many lookers on, you can have a go and improve your own skills. The region is well served by public transport. You don't need a car as the bus stop is so close. If you bring a car the nearest unlimited untimed parking is just a block away.

A short bus ride will take you into the city or Circular Quay and the Rocks area where there is a host of shops, restaurants and cafes to experience.

Bondi Beach is teeming with a leisure activities including great surfing, swimming, strolling through spacious parklands or sipping coffees at sidewalk cafes. The coastal walk between Bondi beach and Bronte beach is not only exercise but you will find plenty of art work and terrific views along the way
This vibrant community is also renowned for its annual long distance swim in December between the gorgeous beachside suburbs of Bondi and Bronte.

Enjoy a Sydney Harbour cruise or sample the great choices for meals and dinner at harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.

Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants, cafes and bars in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period. Minimum stay 7 nights.

A bond is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G Modem can be supplied for $120 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months thereafter.

Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.
