Peacefully positioned opposite Waverley Park, a short walk to the heart of Bondi Junction & close to Bondi Beach, this 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the 6th floor of the immaculately maintained "The Commodore" building. Ideally suited for 2 couples or a family.
In this area you are very close to Centenial Park, lot of things to do there and also the site of the historical monument where the Proclamaiton of Australia was announced. See the pictures on the advert. It is well worth a visit, you may stay longer than you expect.
It is a very good sized family apartment creating a sense of being in a villa or free standing house. The rich bamboo flooring also adds to the ambience of this residence
The living room is very well designed with an abundance of space which is ideal for a family situation. The dining area boasts a beautiful timber dining table with stylish and comfortable dining chairs with room for at least 6 to 8 persons to dine in comfort. …
In the large living area the stylish comfortable sofas are great to relax on while you watch your favourite TV shows, The living area also provides space for a study area in case you need to bring work home.
The wall art in the apartment blends well with the furnishings, is good to look at and interesting to live with.
There is no Air conditioning in the apartment but the ever present breezes from the Harbour give very good cross ventilation in the apartment. The aprtment stays cool in summer and warm in winter.
An excellent modern kitchen has all amenities and is in top condition. Having a 4 burner gas cook top, a large gas oven and all the equipment it is easy to create a gourmet meal or to prepare a snack while chatting with the family. A DeLongi Nespesso coffee machine is there for your after dinner coffee.
The 3 large bedrooms, all with new beds are serviced by substantial built ins with storage areas.
The main bedroom having an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a balcony with incredible views.
The second bedroom has extra long twin beds and the third bedroom has a double bed.
The main bathroom is spacious and modern having a separate shower and bath.
The building has a swimming pool in the grounds and plenty of visitor parking.
The bus stop is located outside the building and the 380 bus will take you directly to Bondi Beach. From the other side of the road the bus will take you to the City and other areas.
Internet connection is available for an extra charge. We can supply a modem at $120 for the first month and $75 for every month thereafter. Let us know if you require an internet modem, if so book it before you arrive; if it isn't booked we may not we may not have one available for you when you pick up the keys.
A bond is required; (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure after a satisfactory inspection of the property).

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period. Minimum stay 7 nights
Keys are picked up from our central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.

- Step 3) Once we receive your "RZ" reservation request, a consultant will process all details and send a "BK" Booking Confirmation, payment receipt with arrival and key collection information.

Are pets permitted?
Some properties allow Pets and will display Pets Permitted. Visitors will need to advise the type and size of pet and whether the pet is indoor or an outdoor pet.
Properties that do not show Pets Permitted will not accept pets.
A Pet Bond might be required to clean. deodourise and disinfect the property prior to the next visitor arrival to ensure the property is allergy free.
Availability calendar not up to date?
rentahome does encourage our property managers to update their availability calendars as often as possible.
Unfortunately it isn't always as frequent as we'd like, each calendar has a date of which the calendar was last updated so you who how up to date the listing is.
This is why rentahome has the quote process, it confirms the current availability of your selected property/s and the best rate available for your stay.
Are visitors able to inspect properties?
rentahome welcomes inspections however they may not be always feasible and are generally only available for longer stays of three months or longer.
The property must first be quoted as available with a price for your requested dates.
To request an inspection simply login to your Quote at the below link using your quote number and surname: http://www.rent-a-home.com.au/home/my/quotedetails.aspx
Scroll down to your preferred property and under the photo there will be a button 'Request Inspection', click on 'Request Inspection' and fill in your details. Your details will be sent to the property manager who will make contact within 48hours to arrange an appointment.
If there is no 'Request Inspection' button, this means the property manager does not provide inspections.
Please note that properties are not held and may be booked by other visitors.
Will I have to pay a security deposit?
A Bond/Security Deposit may be required by the Property Manager the amount will vary depending on the property manager. If so, this payment will take place outside of the Rentahome EasyPay System and you may be asked to direct transfer funds into the Property Manager's bank account or a credit card imprint may be requested. Rentahome does not become involved in the payment or return of bonds or security deposits. Return of these amounts is based on the Property Manager's terms and conditions and their inspection of the property after your stay.
The Security Deposit (Bond) is required to cover any damage or incidential costs incurred during your stay at the property. If there is no Damage or Additional Costs then the Security Deposit will be refunded. If the amount of the Damage or Additional Costs are greater than the Security Deposit, then the Guest will be required to pay the difference.
On Arrival, please report any damage or requirement maintenance immediately to the property manager, as you will be liable for any Damage on your departure.
A Bond applies for properties under a Lease agreement. The Bond is typically lodged with a government Bond Authority and returned at the the end of the stay following an Exit Inspection and review of the Condition Report.
