Goldie Avenue is a quiet cul de sac bordering pet friendly Waverly park which is close to Bondi and other beaches.

The property is a 1920s spacious, light 'Californian Bungalow' family home with wood floors . There is an additional storey which has a bathroom and a large bedroom which can be divided into two with a screen. The house enjoys a lot of sunlight but still manages to be relatively cool even on the hotest days.
There are two sitting rooms, ideal in situations when the kids want to watch TV and the adults want to talk. One of these rooms can be used as an extra bedroom.
TVVideo consists of projectors, in effect giving a home cinema. Ideal to watch videos or play video games with.

The house is within twenty minutes walk of the world famous beaches of Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte.
Snorkelling at Clovelly (about 4ks) is fun and possibly an ideal place to introduce a kid or adult into this activity. The house has some snorkelling gear.

Bondi Junction which is the biggest shopping mal in Sydney and some say the Southern Hemisphere is only ten minutes walk.
The area is well served by public transport and Sydney Airport is only about twenty minutes drive.

The house would ideally suit a family or two or a group of people wanting to enjoy Sydney and its beaches.
Bedding provided for upto six people but more can be provided at extra cost and by prior arrangement.
