Large, private, peaceful and luxurious, the house is perched right on Gordons Bay or Coogee postcode 2034 (googleearth.com for exact location), Sydney's exclusive secret hideaway beach in the Eastern Suburbs, 15 minutes to the CBD or to the airport, and direct access to the rocks, water and with a back gate directly to the beach, nature reserve or coastal walk to Bondi Beach.
The views are stunning from every level:

Upstairs has 2 master bedrooms, each with ensuite, walk-in and spa and on this level there also are 2 other bedrooms and bathroom. One of the master bedrooms has a glass roof (with shuttering). .
The middle, entrance level is an open space combining living areas, dining and kitchen. There is also a room with its own front entrance, ideal as an office or as another bedroom
The lower level is designed for use either as an entertainment area or as a self-contained garden flatette with a queen sized bed, good as a granny flat, teenage retreat or parent retreat.
