The Darling Point Pad with its extraordinary interiors and sensational viewing deck has the ambiance and romance of a villa on the French and Italian Mediterranean. Sophisticated yet relaxed interiors celebrate sea-side glamour, with design features that include a beautiful dining room, formal living room with a library, fireplace, piano and mirror ball. With a decadent mix of the traditional and contemporary, this large penthouse apartment flows with modernist and antique themes. A white palette of gracious yet understated furniture pieces, walls that connect to lovely high molded ceilings and pale limed washed timber flooring extend to a huge sunny terrace with antique daybeds and a heated spa that overlooks the shimmering harbour. All the beautiful large rooms boast elegant and eclectic mixes of interior collectables, artifacts with a sensational harbour view as a backdrop to complete the ambiance.…
The Darling Point Pad is the entire top floor of a grand 1930's home on the western side of Sydney's inner city suburb Darling Point which overlooks Rushcutters Bay. The property overlooks a large private traditional garden with a stunning date palm and has the perfect north-west aspect, which is protected from the prevailing winds and basks in all day sunshine. From the wide deck that spans the width of the property, the sunsets are especially breathtaking as they overlook Sydney Harbour where the bridge, ferries and sailing yachts dominate.
The classical yet modern layout provides the important lifestyle elements, including a functional kitchen and two bedrooms, both with harbour views. The master bedroom has double windows, air-conditioning, a king size bed and an exotic feel, beautiful art, built-in wardrobes and high ceilings. The charming room retains many of the original features including a beautiful large French chandelier and a 40's bathroom with deep bath. Only a short stroll to the glimmering harbour front of Rushcutters Bay Park, the CYC sailing club and excellent restaurants, The Darling Point Pad is close to everything that Sydney is famous for, including the caf society of Potts Point, Darlinghurst, Paddington and Double Bay - and is only a five minute drive to Sydney's CBD and Bondi Beach.

Availability calendar not up to date?
rentahome does encourage our property managers to update their availability calendars as often as possible.
Unfortunately it isn't always as frequent as we'd like, each calendar has a date of which the calendar was last updated so you who how up to date the listing is.
This is why rentahome has the quote process, it confirms the current availability of your selected property/s and the best rate available for your stay.
