There is Air conditioning in the lounge and there are fans for use in the other rooms if necessary.

The dining room opens out on to a lovely courtyard sun trap at the front of the house; there is a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture in a picturesque garden area. The other outdoor terrace is off the lounge room at the rear of the house. Please note passing trains can be heard from the properties in this area.
First floor: Bedrooms and stairs are carpeted.
Spacious master bed with Queen Size bed, built-in mirror wardrobes with very substantial hanging space, in en-suite bathroom and balcony with overhanging flowering plants. Reverse cycle air conditioning is installed in this bedroom.
Second and third bedrooms both have double size beds, built-ins with plenty of hanging space and a balcony. Main bathroom has both a bath and separate shower cubicle.
A linen cupboard provides plenty of storage space.
The house is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, bed linen and towels are provided.
Although it is advertised for 6 persons an extra guest can be accommodated and sleep on an airbed. If this is required let us know when making the booking to enable us to make the necessary arrangements.
It is an ideal residence for a business executive relocating and working in the city or as a holiday house for a family. It is pet friendly and is only just across the road to Rushcutters Park, (we have attached some pictures of the park area) which is great for yacht watching children's play area and dog walking.
As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay and is a charge for this.
This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons and in the interests of the following tenants.
There is a bus stop within 20m of the house.All the properties in this area are close to the railway line. The railway and bus station is about 4 minutes walk. It is in the Edgecliff shopping centre.

The house is a short bus ride to many lovely harbour beaches in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney
There are very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also a shopping precinct at Edgecliff railway station with a very good selection of shops and cafes, also 2 supermarkets.
From the house can drive directly on to the CCT and be in Balmain within 9 minutes.
It is only 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross area where there are many excellent restaurants, coffee shops and also clubs and nightlife.
You can swim and surf at Bondi Beach, Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.
Enjoy a Sydney Harbour cruise or sample the great choices for meals and dinner at harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.
Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants, cafes and bars in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
Shop till you drop in Sydney City and Bondi Junction or indulge your sporting passions at: Royal Randwick racing, Sydney Cricket Ground, Moore Park and Waverley golf courses for pleasure and frustration.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period. Minimum stay 7 nights.
A bond is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G Modem can be supplied for $120 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months thereafter.
Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.

Good big rooms
spacious rooms. Good kitchen facility. Great facilities, everything you will need provided. Close to bus and rail services and shops.
Good location, very central to public transport, shopping and beautiful Rushcutters Bay.

How do I make a booking?
From a Quote

- Step 2) Then you can Make a Booking or reservation form by clicking 'Make Reservation' from your Quote. Alternatively a Reservation form (PDF or Word Doc) can be downloaded from our Visitor Terms & Conditions page or your Quote.
- Step 3) Once we receive your "RZ" reservation request, a consultant will process all details and send a "BK" Booking Confirmation, payment receipt with arrival and key collection information.
From a Tariff or Hot Deal- Step 1) Search using your desired location and dates. The Tariff Price will be shown in the results.

Are pets permitted?
Some properties allow Pets and will display Pets Permitted. Visitors will need to advise the type and size of pet and whether the pet is indoor or an outdoor pet.
Properties that do not show Pets Permitted will not accept pets.
A Pet Bond might be required to clean. deodourise and disinfect the property prior to the next visitor arrival to ensure the property is allergy free. -
Availability calendar not up to date?
rentahome does encourage our property managers to update their availability calendars as often as possible.
Unfortunately it isn't always as frequent as we'd like, each calendar has a date of which the calendar was last updated so you who how up to date the listing is.
This is why rentahome has the quote process, it confirms the current availability of your selected property/s and the best rate available for your stay. -
Are visitors able to inspect properties?
rentahome welcomes inspections however they may not be always feasible and are generally only available for longer stays of three months or longer.
The property must first be quoted as available with a price for your requested dates.
To request an inspection simply login to your Quote at the below link using your quote number and surname: http://www.rent-a-home.com.au/home/my/quotedetails.aspx
Scroll down to your preferred property and under the photo there will be a button 'Request Inspection', click on 'Request Inspection' and fill in your details. Your details will be sent to the property manager who will make contact within 48hours to arrange an appointment.
If there is no 'Request Inspection' button, this means the property manager does not provide inspections.
Please note that properties are not held and may be booked by other visitors. -
Will I have to pay a security deposit?
A Bond/Security Deposit may be required by the Property Manager the amount will vary depending on the property manager. If so, this payment will take place outside of the Rentahome EasyPay System and you may be asked to direct transfer funds into the Property Manager's bank account or a credit card imprint may be requested. Rentahome does not become involved in the payment or return of bonds or security deposits. Return of these amounts is based on the Property Manager's terms and conditions and their inspection of the property after your stay.
The Security Deposit (Bond) is required to cover any damage or incidential costs incurred during your stay at the property. If there is no Damage or Additional Costs then the Security Deposit will be refunded. If the amount of the Damage or Additional Costs are greater than the Security Deposit, then the Guest will be required to pay the difference.
On Arrival, please report any damage or requirement maintenance immediately to the property manager, as you will be liable for any Damage on your departure.
A Bond applies for properties under a Lease agreement. The Bond is typically lodged with a government Bond Authority and returned at the the end of the stay following an Exit Inspection and review of the Condition Report.
