The house is on two levels It is fully furnished and equipped ready to live in. There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom.

Patio at the front has BBQ and outdoor dining furniture, this is a delightful sun trap even during the winter period.

Full tiled laundry with washing machine and dryer. Also clothes lines to hang out washing if required.
Gourmet kitchen with all amenities including a dishwasher. Tiled floors.

The upper floor.
Master bed has a queen bed. There is an en-suite bathroom and balcony. The second and third bedrooms. Each have a queen sized bed, built-ins and balcony
If an extra bed is required for a child let us know and we can arrange an air bed and all linen.
Main bathroom with bath and separate shower.

As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay. This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons.

Bus at door and train within 5 minutes walk. 2.5K to the city. The railway is quite close to the house and trains can be seen & heard. There is a shopping precinct at Edgecliff railway station with a very good selection of shops and cafes and also 2 supermarkets. It is only about 4 minutes walk from the house.

There is parking at the centre also if you take your car to bring home the groceries.
It is a short bus ride to many lovely harbour beaches in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney
Immediate access to Cross City tunnel.
Swim and surf at Bondi Beach, Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.
Enjoy a Sydney Harbour cruise or sample the great choices for meals and dinner at harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.
