A charming spacious 2 bedroom apartment just by the harbour. It is on the first floor and entered through a delightful patio just outside the kitchen, a perfect place to sit and enjoy the sun with your morning coffee. This apartment is available from 19 December 2013 and can be booked for Xmas & New Year and the high season in 2014 See the New Year fireworks from the waterfront or from Lyne Park just a few minutes walk. Here at Lyne Park are tennis courts and a children's play area, plenty of park plenty of beach and waterfront cafes.

There is: A well equipped kitchen.
A dining area in the kitchen with a dining table that will seat 4 to 6 persons also a bar top where you can have your snacks or chat with the cook on high stools while your meal is being prepared.…

A lounge that is very well furnished with excellent taste has a new leather sofa. There are pictures and artifacts' that are interesting and charming, some very unusual carvings originating from Bali. Lighting to complimenet the apartment and a TV (Foxtel installed) with CDDVD and stereo for your media pleasure.

Foxtel is installed at this property and includes several packages, Sports Channels, Showtime, Movie and some other popular channels, no extra charge.

The third bed room is a study area sunroom with doors (off the lounge room) It has a single bed and is able to accommodate a child or a 5th person if required.
Two spacious bright bedrooms, each with a queen bed and built-in robes. The main bedroom is very spacious and also has a very comfortable sofa.
A bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Laundry within the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided
The apartment is on the 2nd level and there is a lift as well as stairs in the building.

There is car parking without penalty on 2 roads in the vicinity of the apartment about 2 or 3 minutes walk. Richmond Road and Norwich Rd. We can let you know how to get to these roads. There is also a public car park about 30m from the apartment.

Bus stop across the road; it is only a short bus or car ride to Fox Studios, it is less than a kilometre to the public golf course and also to Royal Sydney golf course. There is a regular ferry service to Circular Quay, the journey is under 10 minutes across the harbour on the catamaran.

Area and district: It is only about 25m to the beach front and harbour from the apartment block. See the picture. An 8 minute walk to Lyne Park and the ferry terminal at Rose Bay.
Very close to excellent shops, cafes and restaurants.

A bond is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G Modem can be supplied for $120 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months thereafter.

Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.

Without doubt the location is superb. 2 minutes from the beach and right in the centre of Rose Bay,, for shops , restaurants , transport to City , Bondi Junction and Watsons Bay virtually on the door…
