Q. Is parking available at this property?
A. There is Street parking only which is usually ok but may be difficult if the beach is crowded.

Q. Are there very many steps or slopes. Is there a lift?
A. There are internal and external stairs. External, two points of access from street, one is flat, the other has stairs. Internally, about 12 stairs from front door to top living area, bathroom, and main bedroom. Also stairs at the back down to the pool area.
