This spacious home is beautifully furnished with state of the art quality inclusions. There are a total of 5 bedrooms: 3 sun drenched king suites with harbour views & plasma screens linked to Foxtel (cable) TV), 1 queen guest bedroom, and 1 queen guest house.

Some of the other features include: A large entertaining room with projection screen, DVD, broadband internet connection with WiFi connection and massive villa-style pool, spa and sauna. The music system is multi sound and can be diverted to different rooms. Internal laundry. Spacious grounds and many areas for indoor and outdoor entertaining. Air-conditioned. The main boudoir has magical views to Sydney Harbour, a king bed, Foxtel, built in spacious wardrobes and ensuite marble bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom, built in wrobes, beautiful views. Third bedroom has a king bed and wrobes. Fourth bedroom a queen and wrobes. The self contained cottage is delightful and has a queen size bed, bathroom and kitchenette and is ideal for a teenage retreat or nanny quarters.

Vaucluse is one of Sydney's most illustrious suburbs and has great facilities: water taxis 5 minutes away, frequent ferry service to the city, sea plane facilities to fly to Palm Beach and beyond, famous Doyle's restaurant at Watsons Bay is 5 minutes by car, public transport 3 minutes walk from the villa.
