This clever, architect designed apartment has been published in several very high quality magazines and books and it has won several architecture awards. The 2 level contemporary apartment is located in the famous street of antique shops and designer shops in Queen Street, a jump to Centennial Park and Oxford Street in Paddington.

The apartment has a Zen filled Tibetan theme and "conversation pit" as the main lounge room and very large dormer windows giving plenty of light. Next to the lounge is the kitchen with dishwasher, pantry, crockery and cutlery for 8 people, serving platters, fridge, large dining table and chairs for 8 people. The main bedroom has a queen bed, bathroom, and the 3rd smaller bedroom (bunk bedfuton) is on the same level. On the next level is an open plan bedroom with a double bed, TV, Foxtel* and another bathroom. Internal laundry.

	Very helpful team and went of of their way to accomodate. Perfect location for us, near Centenial park and Woollarha village and easy to catch public transport. We liked the Tibetan/Japanese influence through this short term rental property in Woollahra.

	The location of this Woollahra accommodation is fantastic as is it's ease of use from a parking point of view. The home is well equipped and provided a great base from which to conduct our business. Property Manager also made herself available to meet us at the property to hand over keys and give comprehensive instructions / information about the property and its facilities.
