The entrance from the front door flows through to a family room at the rear that has modern comfortable sofas a dining table to seat 10 plus a very well equipped modern kitchen with a full compliment of top quality white china table ware and numerous appliances to assist in the preparation of meals or just snacks. The dining area extends through bi-fold windows to the outside living area to outside under cover dining to seat 8 to 10 A BBQ on hand for outdoor dining looking out into the a forest garden haven. There is an added bonus of a large free standing studio style building in the large garden and also an independent fully equipped laundry with an extra toilet.
There are 2 bedrooms at the front of the house on the ground floor, one with a queen sized bed, built in wardrobe and storage space, the other having a double bed and a wardrobe with hanging rail and storage, both have bedside lights and drawers.
Next in line is a bathroom with bath and shower and on the other side of the corridor a 2nd sitting room with French windows and the enchanting verdant garden outlook.
The loft bedroom with a balcony and outdoor seating, is perfect for your relaxation and quiet time away from the family. There is a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a leather sofa and matching chair, storage for clothes and a hanging rail for your clothes.
All this and only 250mtrs to the Wharf to be whisked away by ferry to Circular Quay.
Darling Street shops and a delightful pub are within a few minutes walk. Darling St boasts some of the finest fashion shops and restaurants in the Sydney area. The Saturday markets attract stall holders from many areas of the city.
The house is a short walk to the ferry terminal and the regular bus service will take you to Sydney city in about 20 minutes or just down the road to the park areas and the local weekend markets.
Catch a bus and swim and surf at Bondi Beach, Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.
Enjoy a Sydney Harbour cruise or sample the great choices for meals and dinner at harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period. Minimum stay 7 nights.
A bond is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G Modem can be supplied for $120 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months thereafter.
Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.

- Step 3) Once we receive your "RZ" reservation request, a consultant will process all details and send a "BK" Booking Confirmation, payment receipt with arrival and key collection information.

Are pets permitted?
Some properties allow Pets and will display Pets Permitted. Visitors will need to advise the type and size of pet and whether the pet is indoor or an outdoor pet.
Properties that do not show Pets Permitted will not accept pets.
A Pet Bond might be required to clean. deodourise and disinfect the property prior to the next visitor arrival to ensure the property is allergy free.

Are visitors able to inspect properties?
rentahome welcomes inspections however they may not be always feasible and are generally only available for longer stays of three months or longer.
The property must first be quoted as available with a price for your requested dates.

Scroll down to your preferred property and under the photo there will be a button 'Request Inspection', click on 'Request Inspection' and fill in your details. Your details will be sent to the property manager who will make contact within 48hours to arrange an appointment.
If there is no 'Request Inspection' button, this means the property manager does not provide inspections.
Please note that properties are not held and may be booked by other visitors.
Will I have to pay a security deposit?
A Bond/Security Deposit may be required by the Property Manager the amount will vary depending on the property manager. If so, this payment will take place outside of the Rentahome EasyPay System and you may be asked to direct transfer funds into the Property Manager's bank account or a credit card imprint may be requested. Rentahome does not become involved in the payment or return of bonds or security deposits. Return of these amounts is based on the Property Manager's terms and conditions and their inspection of the property after your stay.
The Security Deposit (Bond) is required to cover any damage or incidential costs incurred during your stay at the property. If there is no Damage or Additional Costs then the Security Deposit will be refunded. If the amount of the Damage or Additional Costs are greater than the Security Deposit, then the Guest will be required to pay the difference.
On Arrival, please report any damage or requirement maintenance immediately to the property manager, as you will be liable for any Damage on your departure.
A Bond applies for properties under a Lease agreement. The Bond is typically lodged with a government Bond Authority and returned at the the end of the stay following an Exit Inspection and review of the Condition Report.
