A one bedroom with well appointed space for individuals who like the tranquillity of modern and comfortable living. This is a perfect apartment for discerning tenants.

The lounge is so good to look at as well as being comfortable to enjoy the TV and relax following a days work; it is close enough to Bondi beach to spend time there on the beach and then return to the tranquillity of this apartment to relax after a day in the surf and sun.
There is a large well proportioned balcony giving extra space to the living space

A queen bed in a beautifully furnished bedroom with bedside tables and attractive lights, a built-in wardrobe the full width of the wall with plenty of hanging room and storage.

The modern stainless steel kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook a gourmet meal or just make a snack. There is also a dishwasher.…



A spacious bathroom with a walk in shower also a full laundry with a laundry tub.

The Top of the Town building was newly renovated a few years ago and has a fully equipped gymnasium, a sauna and a plunge pool for the use of residents in the apartments.

As this property is pet friendly (small-medium dog or cat) please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so; there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay. This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons.

From here you can commute to the city or equally easily to the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney where there are many lovely beaches with surf and golden sand.

The bus stop and railway station is just 2 or 3 minutes walk and all the best restaurants, coffee shops and clubs are in very close proximity to the Top of the Town complex.
Swim and surf at Bondi Beach, Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.
Enjoy a Sydney Harbour cruise or sample the great choices for meals and dinner at harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.

Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants, cafes and bars in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period. Minimum stay 7 nights.

A bond is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G Modem can be supplied for $120 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months thereafter.

Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.
