This ultra modern brand new apartment is in the glamorous new development of a Potts Point hotel into a very up-market apartment block in the very popular upbeat area of Kings Cross. It is a secure building with 247 concierge, just by the bus stop and a minute's walk to the underground railway station on Darlinghurst Rd.
Very cleverly designed with one bedroom, this apartment will surprise and delight you on your arrival. Quality furnishings are well chosen to enhance the living space and the dark timber floors throughout. It is light and bright with windows on three sides. The kitchen boasts all new top of the range equipment and a white Caeserstone work-top, all of which makes it easy to prepare a gourmet meal or just a quick snack. The combined electric oven and microwave; and also gas stove top are all by SMEG. There is a large stainless steel fridgefreezer and a dishwasher there to compliment your lifestyle here in 'The Hampton'.
If you are a coffee connoisseur there is a DeLonghi Nespresso machine for your use.
All kitchen and table ware are provided for your use while you are in residence here and also an ample supply of bed linen and towels.
The queen bed in the bedroom is top quality; very attractive bedside tables and lamps assist your bedtime reading. The built-in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space also have an abundance of storage space and are designed for easy access.
The en-suite bathroom with tiled flooring and a spacious shower stall is spacious and the laundry cupboard with a Fisher & Paykel washer and drier is enclosed in the bathroom.
If you need to work on your computer while you are here, there is internet connection in the apartment with all the instructions for your use.
If you are intent on keeping fit during your stay in Sydney there is a Fitness First gym in the next building over the shopping centre, as well as an Anytime 24 hour gym at the corner of Pennys Lane and Kings Cross Rd..
Whether your stay here is for business or for pleasure this area has all you need with the best in restaurants and the ability to commute easily to other areas. If you have health issues St Vincent's Hospital is only 5 minutes walk.
A small quiet pet accustomed to apartment living will be considered. Please refer to it when making your application. If a pet stays there is a charge for extra cleaning. This is for the comfort of the following tenants
Minimum stay is 7 nights. Charges start at the advertised price depending on season and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period. Christmas & New Year bookings minimum stay is 10 nights.
Bond and Departure Clean - A bond of $1000 is required; this is refunded at the end of the stay subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. There is a charge of $175 for a professional departure clean at the end of each booking. The booking fee is $11.
Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on the day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.
The Hampton is in Darlinghurst in the heart of its cafe society, just 2km to the city and only a 5 or 6 minute train ride. The train station only 2 minutes walk and bus stop is at the door.
Rushcutters Bay (the CYC) and parkland is about 5 or 6 minutes walk.
It is only a short drive to swim and surf at Bondi Beach, Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.
Enjoy a Sydney Harbour cruise or sample the great choices for meals and dinner at harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.
Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants, cafes and bars in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

- Step 3) Once we receive your "RZ" reservation request, a consultant will process all details and send a "BK" Booking Confirmation, payment receipt with arrival and key collection information.

Are pets permitted?
Some properties allow Pets and will display Pets Permitted. Visitors will need to advise the type and size of pet and whether the pet is indoor or an outdoor pet.
Properties that do not show Pets Permitted will not accept pets.
A Pet Bond might be required to clean. deodourise and disinfect the property prior to the next visitor arrival to ensure the property is allergy free.
Availability calendar not up to date?
rentahome does encourage our property managers to update their availability calendars as often as possible.
Unfortunately it isn't always as frequent as we'd like, each calendar has a date of which the calendar was last updated so you who how up to date the listing is.
This is why rentahome has the quote process, it confirms the current availability of your selected property/s and the best rate available for your stay.
Are visitors able to inspect properties?
rentahome welcomes inspections however they may not be always feasible and are generally only available for longer stays of three months or longer.
The property must first be quoted as available with a price for your requested dates.

Scroll down to your preferred property and under the photo there will be a button 'Request Inspection', click on 'Request Inspection' and fill in your details. Your details will be sent to the property manager who will make contact within 48hours to arrange an appointment.
If there is no 'Request Inspection' button, this means the property manager does not provide inspections.
Please note that properties are not held and may be booked by other visitors.
Will I have to pay a security deposit?
A Bond/Security Deposit may be required by the Property Manager the amount will vary depending on the property manager. If so, this payment will take place outside of the Rentahome EasyPay System and you may be asked to direct transfer funds into the Property Manager's bank account or a credit card imprint may be requested. Rentahome does not become involved in the payment or return of bonds or security deposits. Return of these amounts is based on the Property Manager's terms and conditions and their inspection of the property after your stay.
The Security Deposit (Bond) is required to cover any damage or incidential costs incurred during your stay at the property. If there is no Damage or Additional Costs then the Security Deposit will be refunded. If the amount of the Damage or Additional Costs are greater than the Security Deposit, then the Guest will be required to pay the difference.
On Arrival, please report any damage or requirement maintenance immediately to the property manager, as you will be liable for any Damage on your departure.
A Bond applies for properties under a Lease agreement. The Bond is typically lodged with a government Bond Authority and returned at the the end of the stay following an Exit Inspection and review of the Condition Report.
