The second bedroom just as well appointed is great for your guests or visiting relatives.

Rental charges start at the advertised price; depending on season. The low pricing applies during the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period.
A bond of the equivalent of 4 weeks rent is required; this is returned at the end of the lease subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
A charge of $350 is made for a professional departure clean for every booking

Excellent restaurants, nightclubs and the best cafes in Sydney are all on your doorstep and there is little need to use your car.
It is just 2km to Sydney City, and close to trains and buses. A few minutes walk to Rushcutters Bay, The Boy Charlton Harbour swimming pool and the Botanic Gardens. The best shopping in Sydney is a short walk away in Oxford Street Paddington.

The Cruising Yacht Club at Rushcutters Bay is also only 6 or 7 minutes walk from the Elan Indoor and outdoor dining in a great setting. Well worth a visit.
The 18-footers yacht club is just at the end of Ocean Ave. Just a short car drive, a lovely dining room and a great menu. It's is a favourite with yachting people in Double Bay.

Surrounding areas
In the heart of Darlinghurst you will find the nightlife of Kings Cross.
Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.
It is only a 5 minute walk to Oxford Street and also St Vincent's Hospital.
You can shop till you drop in the heart of Sydney and at Bondi Junction, the biggest shopping mall in the Southern Hemisphere only 10 mins drive or easily reached by public transport; the rail link going directly into the shopping centre.

A bus ride to Sydney CBD would be about 6 minutes and if you wanted to explore around the Circular Quay you would be entertained by the many buskers and artists who are always there giving a show. There are many restaurants to tempt you to eat there.
The Rocks area is close enough for you to spend a day in this interesting and diverse array of shops.

Pay a visit to Bondi Beach, Coogee and Bronte beaches. These areas are sheer coastal beauty and are a must for surfers

Darling Harbour and the fun and entertainment there including the aquarium and the IMAX theatre, Watsons Bay and Woolloomooloo for restaurants on the waters edge.

Visit Royal Randwick to indulge in the racing experience, watch the action at Sydney Cricket Ground and Moore Park or enjoy the Waverley golf course for some pleasure and frustration
