Rental Guarantee One bedroom plus study, apartment is located on the corner of Bathurst and George Streets in the city. Short stroll to Town Hall, Pitt Street Mall, Central Station, Hyde Park, Circular Quay and China Town.

Fully furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and 4 hotplates. Down lighting throughout the apartment plus the floor to ceiling windows makes this a very light and bright apartment.
The bedroom has queen size bed, large built in robes, and a glassed in balcony with a sliding door. There is a large comfortable chair located on the glassed in balcony.
The sitting room comprises of a modular lounge with TV and DVD.
Internet and land line telephone can be arranged.
The study has a day night couch which doubles as a single bed. The bathroom is large with the internal laundry, consisting of a washing machine and dryer.
The building comprises of a 50 metre pool which in the last 5 metres you can view the entrance to the building beneath. Great concept and very innovative.
This play area, also houses a sauna and steam room, plus the lounge chairs to either soak up the sun or just to laze about.

The property also includes a fully equipped separate gym with a weights room next door.
This complex includes Conference and Function Rooms which can be booked through the concierge downstairs.

The Luminere is a security building with 24 hour concierge and access to each floor is by 4 lifts. A shopping mall and supermarket are included in the building for your convenience.
An archetictural waterfall is the entrance to the building.

Parking can be arranged for the client.
