Rental Guarantee Located literally at the bottom of Awaba St in Balmoral and across the road from famous Balmoral Beach. Smell the fresh coffee coming from the cafe across the road and enjoy the morning and afternoon strolls along the Esplanade whilst looking over the beach and water.

The property has 2 bedrooms - The master with a queen bed and the 2nd room has a set of bunk beds so ideal for families with kids. There is a very comfortable lounge dining area and a full kitchen as well. The balcony though small does offer a good view looking towards the beach.

The CBD of Sydney is less than 10 minutes drive and Mosman has all the boutique shops that you could want for some special shopping.

This is the perfect family getaway or ideal for those needing to work and be close to the city.

The Esplanade offers everything that you could need in an apartment in this location.
