Polished timber floors are throughout the apartment but thick stylish designer rugs have been chosen with great care to enhance and colour co-ordinate the new furniture in each room.

The dining room with a glass table is suitable for 4 to 6 persons, it is situated next to the balcony and has views of Mosman Bay , the Harbour Bridge and city skyline, not forgetting the boats and the Sydney Ferries coming and going. Outdoor table and chairs on the balcony give you chance to enjoy the magnificent sunsets at the end of the day while you sip your favourite beverage. There is also a BBQ out there for your use.
The main bedroom has a king size bed beautifully dressed with exquisite linen and covers. This bed if desired could be parted and used as two single beds. Just let us know your requirements and we will arrange this room to suit you. There is a TV for your late night viewing and a delightful chair. The walk in wardrobe has what every home needs, abundant hanging space and shelving for storage.
The second bedroom has a double bed which is also tastefully dressed and a five drawer chest for clothes. A chair and lamp make it a very pleasing room for a guest or a child.
All of the bed linen is there for your use while you are staying in the apartment.
The kitchen: Every piece of equipment in this white kitchen is new. A breakfast bar with 2 seats is well placed to watch the kitchen TV. The Westinghouse gas cook top, electric oven and a large Samsung Fridge and freezer make you r cooking chores easy. All utensils and cooking pots are in the drawers and cupboards and the designer crockery, (a six place setting) cutlery and table ware are provided to beautify your dinner table.
The laundry is off the kitchen, with a new Simpson washing machine and separate drier.
The bathroom modern and white is in top condition a shower over the bath with a glass screen.
There is an attractive well kept garden area at the front of the block below the balcony for use of residents and there is a table and seating.
The car parking space is next to the entrance to the apartment and will fit one car.
The ferry terminal is less than 100m across the road at the front of the block and down a flight of steps there is a regular time table and the trip to the CBD is 7-8 minutes on a fast ferry The bus stop is just across the road
Up the road and a turn to the left takes you on to Avenue Street where there a shops and cafes to explore.
Opposite the unit on the other side of the Bay is the Cremorne Middle Harbour Yacht Club Mosman SASC
Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron Kirribilli is located at he Spit
Australia's oldest open boar sailing club found in 1891 is in Milson Point
Taronga Park Zoo with a large selection of wildlife to observe in very natural type habitats is within 1k of the apartment. You could spend a day there and not have time to see all animals at home.
Balmoral Beach is close and many fore shore walks around Sydney include the Bondi to Bronte walk which is famous for an outdoor art festival each year.
The Hayden Orpheum cinema complex in Cremorne is one of the oldest cinema complex in the world. And!! if you like live jazz The Mellow Tones a 14 piece band perform about every 5 to 6 weeks or so starting at 1 pm on Sundays. The concert is followed by a film. A very enjoyable 3 hours or so. If you are lucky enough to be there when one of their concerts is advertised.
The apartment can be rented for either short or long stays according to availability. Please contact us for available dates or for other alternative properties.
Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period. Minimum stay 7 nights.
A bond is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G Modem can be supplied for $120 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months thereafter.
Keys are picked up from a central office location in Darlinghurst on day of arrival. Check-in is from 2:30pm. Check-out is 10am.

- Step 3) Once we receive your "RZ" reservation request, a consultant will process all details and send a "BK" Booking Confirmation, payment receipt with arrival and key collection information.

Are pets permitted?
Some properties allow Pets and will display Pets Permitted. Visitors will need to advise the type and size of pet and whether the pet is indoor or an outdoor pet.
Properties that do not show Pets Permitted will not accept pets.
A Pet Bond might be required to clean. deodourise and disinfect the property prior to the next visitor arrival to ensure the property is allergy free.
Availability calendar not up to date?
rentahome does encourage our property managers to update their availability calendars as often as possible.
Unfortunately it isn't always as frequent as we'd like, each calendar has a date of which the calendar was last updated so you who how up to date the listing is.
This is why rentahome has the quote process, it confirms the current availability of your selected property/s and the best rate available for your stay.
Are visitors able to inspect properties?
rentahome welcomes inspections however they may not be always feasible and are generally only available for longer stays of three months or longer.
The property must first be quoted as available with a price for your requested dates.
To request an inspection simply login to your Quote at the below link using your quote number and surname: http://www.rent-a-home.com.au/home/my/quotedetails.aspx
Scroll down to your preferred property and under the photo there will be a button 'Request Inspection', click on 'Request Inspection' and fill in your details. Your details will be sent to the property manager who will make contact within 48hours to arrange an appointment.
If there is no 'Request Inspection' button, this means the property manager does not provide inspections.
Please note that properties are not held and may be booked by other visitors.
Will I have to pay a security deposit?
A Bond/Security Deposit may be required by the Property Manager the amount will vary depending on the property manager. If so, this payment will take place outside of the Rentahome EasyPay System and you may be asked to direct transfer funds into the Property Manager's bank account or a credit card imprint may be requested. Rentahome does not become involved in the payment or return of bonds or security deposits. Return of these amounts is based on the Property Manager's terms and conditions and their inspection of the property after your stay.
The Security Deposit (Bond) is required to cover any damage or incidential costs incurred during your stay at the property. If there is no Damage or Additional Costs then the Security Deposit will be refunded. If the amount of the Damage or Additional Costs are greater than the Security Deposit, then the Guest will be required to pay the difference.
On Arrival, please report any damage or requirement maintenance immediately to the property manager, as you will be liable for any Damage on your departure.
A Bond applies for properties under a Lease agreement. The Bond is typically lodged with a government Bond Authority and returned at the the end of the stay following an Exit Inspection and review of the Condition Report.
