A large balcony on the ocean side of the house has BBQ and
outdoor settings so that you can relax and watch the surf - and easily see the children
while they play in the sand and surf. A second courtyard area is drenched in sun all day long and also has another BBQ and full outdoor setting whilst still affording views straight through to the beach. Everywhere you sit in this amazing property you are overwhelmed by the view and proximity to the ocean.

The western wing has 2 large bedrooms both with king size beds. The master room has unrivaled views of the beach, a separate walk in robe and bathroom. There is also a spa room on this side of the house with shower, bathroom and fully heated 8 person spa pool.

The eastern wing includes 2 very large bedrooms and an
additional livingtelevision room. This is an open plan area and all rooms have incredible views of the beach and would be ideal for the children andor nanny.

The central core of the house is the perfect meeting point for
the entire family. Sit down and enjoy a meal at the rustic family dining table or relax in style either on the lounge or out on the deck just soaking up the view or watching the activities taking place from the surfers and sun bakers to the frequent dolphin and whale sightings.

There is no other position like this in Sydney where the surf is
literally at the bottom of the garden, not even in neighboring Palm Beach or Whale Beach. The friendly and well known village atmosphere at Avalon is only a 5 minute walk (or less by bike) - along what the locals call the "Yellow Brick Road" - to enjoy the many cafes, restaurants and wide variety of shopping, including everything you would need for a holiday. It is also within walking distance of Whale Beach and Palm Beach, starting off in the Careel Headland Reserve, as well as the boating paradise of Pittwater.
