A short walk to Manlys famous corso and beaches or in the opposite direction to the harbour beach and city ferry make this ideally located for corporate or holiday stays. Supermarkets, cafes,restaurants and leisure shopping all close by after the day at the beach or office.

This airconditioned apartment is split level offering separation for sleeping from living activities. There is a queen bed in the spacious master bedroom with a balcony and with a ensuite whilst there are two single beds in the second bedroom with an adjoining main bathroom including a bath.

The lounge dining area is very spacious with a large balcony off the lounge offering relaxing tree views.

Kitchen is also large with plenty of work bench ideal for cooking together with a dishwasher and microwave to assist.…
