Our serviced apartments are only 200 metres to the Wynnum Esplanade. It is a short walk to the bay, parks, wading pool, children's playground, cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, yachting clubs, marinas and close to public transport.

Unit 3 is a small studio apartment. This unit contains a combined bedroom (Queen bed) and dining area and kitchenette. The unit has an air-conditioner. The bathroom is a combined toilet with shower. This studio has a private verandah with outdoor setting and Weber Baby Q BBQ.

Kitchenette has a full size fridge, plug in electrical single cooktop appliance, microware, electric stainless frypan, quality cookware, crockery & cutlery.


This unit shares a downstairs laundry which is equipped with a commercial grade washing machine and dryer.

The commercial grade dryer is coin-operated and costs $2 for a 45min cycle. The washing machine is free and there is a clothesline in the backyard.

All linen provided.

Weekly service clean including linen change.


New Sealy Posturepedic beds have been put in all rooms to ensure a comfortable sleep.
