It is also accessed from the third bedroom by a short hall that leads to the new kitchen, the modern bathroom and separate toilet.The kitchen provides an effortless catering experience for any group size, featuring ample granite bench tops, stainless steel appliances and fittings, and island bench. A rear internal staircase leads to the lower level, a large open area completely enclosed and secured by new battening on a raised concrete floor where the laundry, double car accommodation and home gym are located. This level, including an extra large storeroom can be accessed from the street via the remote control garage door.The rear courtyard merges here with the inside, from the lockable open space at the foot of the internal stairs. This area offers casual lounge and dining, a lovely garden patio and an outdoor play area for small children. Very nice house with everything you need - like staying with friends. Handy to city; walking to the Gabba Stadium; shops not far away; a pub and restaurant down the road. Definitely recommend.
