Accommodation is as follows: Upper level: 3 bedrooms (1 with cot, 1 ensuite and 1 with bunkbeds), study, formal lounge, 2 bathrooms, rear balcony. Ground level: Rumpus (with fold out sofa) lounge, one bedroom with built in robes and en suite, modern kitchen with island & modern appliances, dining room, separate laundry, rear patio & entry porch.
Bonus of a large outdoor swimming pool and BBQ entertainment area.

"Dalmarnock" is located in the most central Morningside location.
1 minute walk to Hawthorne Oval (footie park), 3 minute walk to Hawthorne Movie house. City cat is a 10 min walk through Hawthorne Park and we recommend a trip to South Bank on the ferry where you can visit Street's Beach, Museums, Art Galleries, Botanical Gardens etc. Our local bakery is less than 1 minute walk with Oxford street in Bulimba 2 min drive hosting a large number of restaurants and caf's.
10 minute drive to Carindale Shopping Centre & less than an hour to drive to the Gold Coast (Surfers Paradise and Theme Parks) or Sunshine Coast (beaches North of the city.)

Although beautifully appointed to meet executive needs, the home is also ideal for families - who will enjoy the outdoor pool & amenities. Children will be able to use my son's sandpit & toys if requested, as well as make use of the upstairs nursery.
