Rental Guarantee Our spacious modern apartments are self contained and located in the centre of our most dynamic growth capital. Enjoy a jog or walk along the River or through the Botanic Gardens. You are a couple of minutes walk to Queen Street shopping strip and mall, Eagle Street Pier, cafes, bars and restaurants and with a variety of food outlets and supermarkets all at your doorstep. Schools, universities and a choice of transport including the river cat, bus and train are also close by. The apartments feature fantastic views over the river or city, a fully equipped gym, pool, spa, sauna, and BBQ area.

Quality finishings throughout include a fully equipped kitchen, stone bench tops, European stainless steel appliances, Gas cook top, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. The spacious living room includes comfortable sofas, a wide screen TV and CD player, dining table and an outdoor alfresco dinning setting.
The bedrooms are bright and airy with a queen sized bed in the master and 2 singles in the second bedroom with plenty of storage.

There are 2 bathrooms, an ensuite off the master bedroom, and the second bathroom has a bath tub. There is an internal laundry with washer and dryer.
Phone and high speed wireless broadband are available in all our apartments.
