Sandgate is a Northern Bayside suburb of Bribane located 19klms from Brisbane CBD. Sandgate is a family friendly area with numerous schools, play grounds, beach front, parks, restaurants and local village shops.

Sandgate has a direct train line into the city (30 mins travel time).

This cottage has 3 bedrooms which sleeps 6 people. It has 2 toilets, 1 large bathroom, combined kitchendining, lounge and small verandah overlooking protected bushland. Internal laundry and a double lock up garage which can be used for storage of furniture etc.

The cottage is provided with a fortnightly gardening service so no more cutting the grass!
Located 19klms from Brisbane CBD and on a direct train line into the city (30 mins travel time) this house is perfect for anyone who needs to commute into the city, but enjoy the quality of life in a beach side suburb.

Alexandra Cottage is located 1.6klms to Sandgate shops and waterfront. It is a comfortable 15 minute stroll into the village shops or a 3 minute drive.

Alexandra Cottage is located across the road from protected wetland parks enabling the keen walker to discover our natural wildlife habitat. It is perfectly situated for access to both our freeways taking you into Brisbane CBD or onto the highway for the Sunshine Coast (Australia Zoo, Coolum, Noosa, Caloundra - all gorgeous beaches).

The cottage is perfectly suited to the emigrating family who need to activate visas and need furnished accommodation for a short period. It is equally suited to the family on holiday who are looking for a family friendly, affordable holiday in Brisbane.

It is not the Ritz, but a very comfortable and welcoming family home! I look forward to welcoming you to Alexandra Cottage.
