Moore Park Beach township spans 8 kilometres along the 17 kilometres of Moore Park Beach. This is one of the region's best beaches and is only 20 minutes drive from the regional city of Bundaberg - making it an ideal holiday destination.

The Shack is a 4br fully fenced house located at Moore Park Beach (20 minutes north of Bundaberg City) which will accommodate up to 8 people and is pet friendly (limit 2 dogs please). The telephone is connected for making local calls and your familyfriends can contact you. Ceiling fans throughout with full kitchen facilities and lock-up garage. Master BR1 offers queen size bed, BR2 bunk beds and a single bed, BR3 bunk beds, Master BR2 (available by request only - extra rate applies) queen size bed and TV and double sofa bed in living room. Portable cot and high chair available. Lock up garage is provided. Ocean glimpses and only 100m to the beach. Enjoy BBQ facilities in the paved and shaded outdoor area to capture the ocean breeze.

For the sporty there is tennis, lawn bowls, surfing, walking (lagoon, beach or oceanside paths), fishing or beach 4WD permitted as signed - or you can just relax and enjoy the sounds of the surf and abundant bird life, read a little, rest a little or visit any of the many tourist attractions Bundaberg and the Wide Bay offer.

Moore Park Beach hosts the Moore Park Beach Bowls club, Moore Park Beach Tavern and cafe dining at Sylvan Sands, along with mini supermarket and takeaways available, chemist facilities at Sylvan Sands. For fuel and takeaway needs the service station is located at the entrance to Moore Park Beach. The local craft shop provides information and locally made crafts, along with cold drinks and internet access. A local group monitors turtle activities.

There are regular flights between Brisbane and Bundaberg. Qld Rail has regular train services to Bundaberg, a bus service operates between Bundaberg and Moore Park Beach or hire vehicles are available.

The Shack Moore Park Beach is ideally suited to couples, families or small groups. Tiled throughout for easy care and located only 100m from the beach.

The Bundaberg region offers a wide variety of entertainmentactivities which include Ten Pin Bowling, 2 cinemas, Fairymead House Historical Museum, Art Gallery, Library, Go Karting, Water Slide, Paintball, local amateur theatre The Playhouse Theatre, local parks and gardens, botanical gardens, of course the famous Bundaberg Rum Distillery, Mystery Craters. The local Tourist Information Centre can assist with any information you need.
