"Amalfi" is a luxury, stylish 4 bedroom waterfront home with separate study and three bathrooms and is located exactly where you want to be for your holiday on the Gold Coast. Perfectly positioned facing North in prestigious Broadbeach Waters, you are only minutes away from world class holiday and lifestyle options including stunning patrolled ocean beaches, Jupiters Casino, Pacific Fair shopping and cinema complex, cafes, restaurants and Gold Coast nightlife. At Amalfi Goldcoast Waterfront House, world class golfing facilities are also nearby and you are only 25 minutes to Coolangatta airport and only 60 minutes to Byron Bay.

"Amalfi" is private, quiet, safe and secure.

IDEAL FOR FOR 2 FAMILIES SHARING OR UP TO 12 GUESTS (MAXIMUM 10 ADULTS). Our property has 8 beds and sleeps 12 (max 10 adults).

Please note that prices quoted are for 10 people. Additional guests may be charged at $10 per person per night.

Standard exit clean and and linen charge of $390 per stay applies and is ADDITIONAL to the rates shown.
All linen is provided except beach towels and portocot linen which can be supplied on request.

A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required for all bookings. This is returned to you after completion of a check of the property after your departure.

For guests who fill short gaps between bookings we offer fantastic discounts. Ask us for our best rates for this time.

**LONG STAYS**
10% off your total booking cost if your stay is of 2 weeks or more.

We cater to family groups wishing to holiday together. Schoolies booking are not accepted.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, we have a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. Amalfi Gold Coast is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we require all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' From 10pm to 8 am. "Amalfi" is fully airconditioned and equipped with everything that you would expect to find for your convenience, including 5 Hi-Definition TV's, 2 DVD players, stereo, large TV room, a fully equipped kitchen, a waterside cabana with BBQ facilities and a large salt water swimming pool.

A full monitored security alarm is also installed.

Other facilities to help our younger guests include a stroller, high chair and port-a-cot. There is also an assortment of DVD's and games available with AUSTAR cable TV, WiFi internet access, X-Box and PS2.

BRING YOUR BOAT...

If you are lucky enough to own a boat, bring it along and park it at your own private jetty. There is a boat ramp near by and once you are underway, you'll be on main river in minutes. There is undercover secure parking for two vehicles.

	14-Nov-2010	There were 9 of us staying at the house, and the space and ammenities provided (lots of lounge spaces, TVs, pool and outdoor areas) catered really well for us all. Loved the pool, the easy to clean spaces and of course the air con units through out the house.

	24-Jun-2009	We had a fabulous time at Amalfi Gold Coast Waterfront House - and it was absolutely perfect for our combined family group of 7 adults and 4 children ranging from 3 to 14. The children all enjoyed the video games room,and fishing off the jetty. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy without tripping over each other. It really felt like home away from home and I am looking forward to the next opportunity of a family get-together back at Amalfi Gold Coast!
