This property comfortably sleeps 7 and features four large bedrooms, two with their own en-suites and a family bathroom. One of the suites has water views plus a study if you require a workspace while on holiday.

The two north side bedrooms are interconnected via an internal courtyard and all bedrooms have outside access which leads directly to the fully fenced sparkling and inviting saltwater pool.

The huge lounge and dining lead to the magnificent outdoor areas for entertaining or simply siting back and relaxing around the pool, while sipping a chilled drink and taking in the tranquil water views or Sorrento.

The gourmet kitchen is located centrally, so the chief misses none of the holiday activities and is fully equipped with quality cookware. It is truly a pleasure to work in, so why not rustle up a snack before chilling out with a movie in front of a state-of-the-art entertainment system.

There is parking for two cars on the premises as well as street parking. All major shopping centres are only a five minute drive away, and if it's the bright lights of the casino or world-class beaches you are after, you are also just a short drive away.

This beautifully appointed executive property has to be seen to be appreciated and also has a private jetty if you or your friends want to arrive by boat.

Due to this relaxing residential location and respect to the neighbours we have a strict NO group functions, schoolies or mass gatherings policy.
