The other bedrooms and main bathroom including separate toilet can be found at the opposite end of the home.

Kick back with a cool refreshment under the outdoor fans and watch the kids in the swimming pool or just take in the views over the waterway below. At the end of the day fire the built-in BBQ up and throw the days catch on!
There's plenty of grass area's for the kids to play in.
The yard and pool is fully fenced and gated for pets - on application.
Featuring side access for a small Boat or Jet Ski there's also a 2 car garage and space on the driveway for extra cars.

With only a 2 minute drive to the major THEME PARKS including Movie World, Dream World, White Water World and Wet n Wild the kids will be entertained for days.

The Sanctuary Cove Village which features the marina, restaurants, shops and markets is only 5 minutes away.
