Located in the heart of famous Main Beach and close to the worlds only Versace hotel as well as top class shopping and dining at the nearby Sheraton Mirage Complex

After entering the front door you are greeted with a vast open plan living space af high class architectural standards.

A combined lounge dining area overlooks the pool and adjoins a state of the art BBQ area. All of which can be completely opened up by sliding back the huge bifold glass doors allowing you to feel like you are in a tropical hideaway.

The kitchen has everything you could possibly desire for your getaway including a large butlers pantry which doubles as a cool room if required to keep your party food and champagne at the perfect temperature for your family and guests.

A stunning office area is tucked away off the entry hall with all the modern conveniences you need if you have to keep in touch with the office (We hope you don't spend too much time in there!)

Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms including:
2 x enormous Master suites (1 x King, 1 x Queen)each with their own walk in robes and ensuites boasting only the best fixtures and fittings. Both share a balcony.

Another 2 bedrooms with Single beds and built in robes and bedroom number 5 has a Queen bed and feels like a luxury hotel suite with a large bathroom attached.

Bedroom 6 is discreetly located via a secret door under the stairwell leading to a beautifully decorated separate 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance, downstairs has living, dining and upstairs has Queen bed and private bathroom, perfect for your nanny, chef or guests.

The entire house has state of the art security and entertainment systems including big screen TV's, projector and screen surround sound, stereo and cbus system

A short walk away are the wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops boasting excellent food and service giving Main Beach it's reputation as the best place to stay, eat and relax.

A little further you will be on the sands of famous Main Beach enjoying a swim or an evening walk to end the day.

Suitable for a couples, a families, a executive travellers or a couple of families combined...this house is perfect for everyone's needs.
