This house is a stunning example of greek style architecture, located on absolute beachfront on Mermaid Beach's Millionaires strip. Several international film cast and crew have called this home while making films on the Gold Coast.

With 5 bedrooms over 3 levels linked by both stairs and an internal lift there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space or to be together.

Ground floor has 2 x bedrooms (currently Q & S beds) each with their own walk in robes and bathrooms.
These rooms lead into a relaxing lounge with big screen TV, cable TV and surround sound, plus adjoining self contained kitchenette.

From this lounge you walk straight out onto the patio with a fully fenced plunge pool and only a few steps more to the beach. Life guard tower is located nearby to allow safe swimming for the kids.

Also on this level is a double lock-up garage and room for 2 more cars in the driveway. A large laundry and a wine cellar.

LEVEL 2 is where you will spend most of your time with a large and well equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area leading to a deck overlooking the ocean. A staircase leads you directly to ground level and to the pool. TV and Cable TV provided.
Bedroom 3 is on this level (currently Q bed)

LEVEL 3 has a large master bedroom with feature ceiling, large walk in robe and ensuite bathroom. A small balcony opens off this room overlooking the beach. TV, Cable TV and internet also provided.
Bedroom 5 is also on this level (currently 2 x King singles)
with it's own robe and bathroom.

Back to base security system is connected, wireless or cable high speed internet and a small office area if required.

Within walking distance of a couple of local Surf Life Saving clubs, several local restaurantscafe's and a short drive to Broadbeach for even more extensive dining and shopping opportunities.

You will have a fantastic time here whether you are couples, families or business travellers.

This house is worth more than these nightly rates indicate and is certainly cheaper than any hotel options for larger families.
