The dining room features a fine timber dining table with leather chairs set adjacent to the kitchen and also makes use of the water views.

OUTDOORS:
Its the best room in the house!! With an outdoor area that wraps around the entire rear section of the home you'll have use of the very private sparkling swimming pool complete with an outdoor lounge for you to keep back on and watch the kids splash around. Dad can make use of the 4 burner BBQ and outdoor fridge to keep all the refreshments icy cold for that ultimate outdoor living experience!!
A few steps around the corner brings you onto the elevated deck overlooking the Canal below. From here you'll see the entire waterway adorned by boats and fishing vessels. With an outdoor dining table you can enjoy fine dining under the Palm trees.
You can grab one of the rods and try your luck fishing from the jetty or perhaps bring your boat as the open water is only a few hundred meters away. The kids can play safe in the fully fenced yard which makes for a very private playground.

Shopping mecca's of Westfield Helensvale and Harbour Town Factory Outlet are only 10 minutes by car.
The sights and sounds of SURFERS PARADISE and its BEACHES is a mere 15 minutes drive from the home.
The Sanctuary Cove Village which features the marina, restaurants, shops and markets can be found 5 minutes away. Alternatively partake in a round of golf with friends or take a country drive to the nearby Mount Tambourine.

Your home will be presented already made up prior to your arrival featuring all towelling neatly displayed and a guest starter pack consisting of soaps, shampoos, tissue paper, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid and clothes washer liquid supplied.
