Consisting of 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The master queen bedroom separated from the other rooms features a huge luxury ensuite and walk through robe.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the upper level along with a full bathroom and separate toilet. There's also a fold out double bed located in the kids lounge room and another fold out single if required.

The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with quality stainless steel appliances and stone bench tops. Soft close drawers, large oven with gas cooktop and fridge with chilled water are among some of the features you come to expect from a luxury home like this.

OUTDOORS:
Enjoy a BBQ or a glass of wine in the outdoor dining area whilst watching the kids splash around in the private swimming pool. The yard is fully fenced and gated.
Did we mention the home also comes with 2 near new golf buggies!!! Leave the car behind because now you and the whole family can now get around Sanctuary Cove in style!!!

THEME PARKS like Dreamworld, Movie World, Wet n Wild, White Water World and The Outback Spectacular are less than 5 minutes drive away.
SURFERS PARADISE and BEACHES are within a 15 minute drive.
Gold Coast and Brisbane AIRPORTS approximately 35 minutes drive.

All our homes are professionally cleaned, with linen supplied through a professional service provider whom supply to other major hotelresort chains.
Your home will be presented already made up prior to your arrival featuring all towelling neatly displayed and a guest starter pack consisting of soaps, shampoos, tissue paper, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid and clothes washer liquid supplied.

We can also supply Baby Cot and High Chair Packages for $70 per booking
