This Beautiful New Executive home has City Views, only 4km from the city and on a city bus route. It is a short walk to the corner shops and the railway station.
On the lower level there are polished tiled floors.

Bulimba CafeRestaurant precinct is a short 5 minute drive away, where you can also catch the ferry into the city.
Carindale Shopping Centre is 5 minutes drive where there are great theatres, restaurants and shopping with easy, free parking.
The Moreton Bay area is a leisurely 20 minute drive where you can take water transport to the various islands in SE Queensland, or just stroll along the shores and sip coffee in the many great restaurants cafes.
