Alke Cottage was built circa 1900. History has trod the beautifully polished floorboards and children's giggles and happy family whispers lurk in the halls.
A well preserved historic cottage this lovely cottage features wrap around verandahs, sash windows and simply oozes charm. It is cosy and cute from the lavender hedged pathway to the classic toilet cistern with a pull chain in the modern bathroom.
Alke Cottage is located on Perth Street in Toowoomba, Queensland. Perth Street runs off Ruthven Street which is the main street. Alke Cottage is very centrally located and in walking distance to restaurants, art galleries and the city's shops.
The cottage has three bedrooms accommodating two queen beds and a single bed. There is a large enclosed back garden and off street parking. A small public park adjoins the back garden.
