This top floor 2 bedroom apartment is fully tiled and has an up to date, well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a new Fisher & Paykel Dishdraw.

The living area has an Abaca weave corner lounge suite, T.V, Dvd & CD Player.
There are 3 choices for Dining - inside, on the balcony (overlooks the pool) or on the Rooftop.

The main bedroom has the warmth of a timber rattan Queen bed with side tables and uplight reading lamps.
The second bedroom has a dark timber Double bed with side tables and lamps.
A single fold out bed is available on request.

The bathroom has been fully renovated (July 08) with quality fittings and heated towel rail.
There is direct access from the Queen bedroom.

Here we have waterfront Restaurants, Cafes, ice cream parlour, Juice bar and Fish n Chips.
Along the Bulcock Beach esplanade is more BBQ's and Picnic tables.
Great local fishing at the Bulcock Beach estuary.
Bulcock Beach is a patrolled beach. It has a water passage, which kids and Adults alike travel along with the current.

There is also a shallow sandbar for the little ones to play.

The hinterland region also offers many wonderful walks including the ancient rainforest of Mary Cairncross National Park.

The Sunshine Coast has World class diving sites. One of the most popular is the Wreck of the HMAS Brisbane, a former guided missile destroyer. It was sunk 2.8 nautical miles north-east of Mooloolaba on July 31, 2005.
The site is now home to a variety of marine life and offers divers a fantastic experience.
