The fully fenced (1.8m) established leafy yard ensures dogs are well accommodated (dogs beds and emergency food supplies on hand) and kids safely contained with a tyre swing to enjoy in the shade.

The generous back deck features a stainless steel BBQ . . . great for entertaining! You will find that all "the little things" have been thought of to make your stay thoroughly enjoyable. Champagne & wine glasses; coffee plunger; DVD and 5 stacker CD player with selection of music and DVD's; a choice of novels and boardgames; candles and original photographic work throughout.

Coolum Beach offers some of the most beautiful wide-open beaches the Sunshine Coast has to offer with great surf breaks regardless of weather conditions. Patrolled all year round Coolum is also a safe swimming destination with plenty of space for everyone.

The rocky headlands of Point Perry and Point Arkwright are in stark contrast to the wide open beaches and provide the perfect viewing platforms from where you can take in a wide angle view to other headlands. During certain times of the year whales can be viewed passing by.
