Sundance

All rooms are on the one level accessible by stairs from the front door or a pathway and a few steps along the side of the house. There are two queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom with an additional single bed available. There are two bathrooms one with a small bathtub and shower with a separate toilet, the other with shower and toilet. The living and dining room are open plan and lead out onto a large deck with dining table and chairs. This deck faces the ocean. The lounge room has a large 40" plasma tv, a cd player, fan and dvdvideo player. The kitchen has fridge, microwave and dishwasher and is fully equipped for cooking. There is a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also an additional shower room, access from outside but undercover. Sundance offers secure car parking in a large lock up garage plus a large, fully fenced rear garden.

Sundance offers very close proximity to Peregian Beach as well as the local shops at Peregian. You can enjoy a 15minute walk along the beach or road up to these shops or pop in the car which takes 2 minutes. At Peregian there is a supermarket, newsagent, bakery and plenty of cafes, bars and eateries as well as some great gift shops, it is a wonderful unique little village. There is a local bus stop a short walk from the house that takes you to Noosa or Coolum and Maroochydore. Sundance offers the perfect base for all your adventures and activities on the Sunshine Coast !

Sundance is ideal for both couples and families.With three bedrooms it can sleep up to 7 guests. All rooms have fans and beds are made up with matress protectors, pillows and bedspreads. Linen can be hired at an additional fee upon arrival but we ask that you bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels and t-towels.

If you are traveling with your pet please bring dog bedding and food water bowls. Please note dogs are to be kept outside or in the laundry area which runs off the kitchen. No more than two dogs are allowed at the property at any one time and must be treated for fleas before arrival. The rear garden is fully fenced and has a large grassy area and plenty of shade and cover. We hope your dog enjoys his stay !

Deposit - of 50 of total tariff (plus bond if stay is longer than 2 weeks) is required within 7 days of booking. Rent for full period of booking must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. Tenancy commences at 2pm with check out being 10am.

Cancellation - If a booking is cancelled 6 weeks prior to arrival full refund of deposit will be made. If a booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date a service fee of 10 will be charged and a refund of deposit given only if the property is relet.

LINEN TO INCLUDE BED SHEETS, BATH TOWELS, BATH MAT, HAND TOWEL AND TEA TOWELS CAN BE HIRED FOR $80.
