We had stayed at Pontena previously and found it to be PERFECT for a larger than usual group. Virginia and Jeff were perfect hosts...even left Easter eggs for the kids. The house is set in a quiet area yet close to shops and lovely river walks are also nearby. With two kitchens, laundries, bathrooms AND 5 bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. The sporting complex is a short drive away. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thanks Virginia and Jeff. |

GREAT SIZE AND FLEXIBILITY. WE STAYED WITH 3 TEENAGERS FOR A STORTING EVENT. THE HOUSE IS IN A GREAT LOCATION ABOUT 8 MIN DRIVE TO THE SPORTING CLOMPLEX, THERE IS A SUPERMARKET AROUND THE CORNER. COMPLETELY SELF CONTAINED UPSTAIRS AND DOWN WITH 5 BEDROOMS 2 BATHROOMS 2 KITCHENS AND 2 LAUNDRIES. WHY WOULD YOU STAY AT A MOTEL? WE WILL BE BACK. THANKS VIRGINIA FOR A FABULOUS HOME AWAY FROM HOME. |

We stayed for a sporting tournament with 3 x 15 year olds. The accommodation was perfect for us, handy to the sporting complex (8 min drive) shopping centre within 1km. Virginia was extremely helpful. So much better than a motel, a real home away from home. We will be back!! THANKYOU!! |

Lovery old-queenslander house. We were happy to stay the house rather than just nomal hotel. Moreover, the owner was so kind and helpful. We also enjoyed viewing stars at the yard of the house. Thanks a lot. |

We were a sporting group of 14 -17 year olds and they just had the best time, plenty of space for them to have fun inside and outside. Well appointed, maybe an electric frypan is all that was missing. |

Both Virginia and Jeff made us feel very welcomed from the word go. As we have a large young family, we found Pontena the perfect abode which suited our every need. 6 bedrooms, 2 sets of kitchen and bathrooms.. this place was huge!.. T'was perfect for co-ordinating our wedding as well. Thanks guys, we really appreciated your hospitality. |

10/01/2100 to 15/01/2011 Excellent home style accommodation, wonderful hostess who assisted us in many ways, very spacious and comfortable well equipped with all necessary items. Only thing missing is a clothes dryer which would have been handy during our stay but fortunately there was an undercover hanging space available in wet conditions. |
